Help While You're at the Poker Table

Questions come up mid-session — here's how we handle them so you're not stuck waiting between hands.

Live Chat Reach our support team through live chat directly from the lobby. Available during peak hours so you get a response before your next hand is dealt.
Account Wallet Help If your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposit hasn't reflected at the poker table, our wallet team can trace the transaction and update your account balance.
Table Access Issues If a live poker table drops or won't load on your device, clearing the app cache or switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data usually resolves it within seconds.

How We Run the Poker Channel

We keep the live poker channel consistent by working directly with certified studios and maintaining clear account practices you can verify yourself.

Certified Studio Feeds

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold independent certifications for their dealing procedures and RNG systems. We stream their certified feeds without modification.

Transparent Table Info

Every live poker table in our lobby displays its RTP and house-edge data on the info panel — but only where the provider publishes that figure. We don't invent numbers.

Account Security

Your poker account is protected by OTP verification on login and withdrawal. No payout leaves your account without that confirmation step completed on your registered number.

Fair Session Records

Every hand result is logged to your account history in real time. If a round disconnects mid-hand, the result is recorded from the studio's server, not your device state.

8tube What Our Live Poker Channel Carries

What Our Live Poker Channel Carries

Our live poker channel pulls tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, two studios that stream in HD with multi-angle camera setups and English-speaking dealers. You'll find Casino Hold'em alongside Ultimate Texas Hold'em — both pit you directly against the dealer rather than other players, which keeps the pace tight. Three Card Poker rounds out the core selection with its side-bet structure

intact. Table limits vary by variant, so you can start at a lower stake on Casino Hold'em and move up when you're comfortable. RTP figures are shown on each table's info panel where the provider exposes them. Players in Dhaka reach the lobby in seconds on mobile.

Live Poker Terms Explained

New to live poker or just want a quick refresher? These are the terms that come up most at our tables.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand from two hole cards and five community cards.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The mandatory bet placed before any cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker, the ante starts the round and determines the minimum you're committing to that hand.

What is a side bet in Three Card Poker?

An optional wager placed alongside your main bet, paid out based on your hand's rank alone regardless of whether you beat the dealer. Pair Plus is the most common example.

What does RTP mean on a poker table?

Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of all wagered money a game returns over many rounds. It's a long-run statistical figure, not a per-session promise.

What is a 'fold' in live dealer poker?

Choosing not to continue the hand after seeing your cards. You forfeit your ante but avoid placing the larger call bet when your hand looks weak against the dealer's up-card.

What does KYC mean for my poker account?

Know Your Customer — the identity verification step required before your first withdrawal. You submit a valid ID so the platform can confirm your account details match.

Your Live Poker Channel Questions

Here's what people ask us most about the live poker channel before and after they join.

Our channel carries Casino Hold'em, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, and Three Card Poker from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Table availability may vary by region and eligible account status.

Yes. Open your bKash app, send to the account number shown in your 8tube wallet, confirm with your PIN, and the balance reflects in your account before you sit at the table.

All tables in our live poker channel are optimised for Android and iOS. The dealer feed, betting controls, and chat panel resize automatically — no separate app download needed.

We stream directly from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studios, both of which operate under independent certification. Hand results are logged server-side and visible in your account history.

The studio server holds your last confirmed action. When you reconnect, your account history will show the hand result as recorded at the dealer's end, not your device's last state.

Go to your account wallet, select Nagad or Rocket as the withdrawal method, enter the amount, and complete the OTP step on your registered number. The request then enters standard processing.
